The Space
All 5 bedrooms have comfortable beds, accordion window shades and split AC inverter units for a comfortable stay. There is also central AC available in the common areas controlled with a NEST thermostat. Plenty of space for cooking and dining with a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and an island.
There are 3 smart TVS located throughout the home: One in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in bedroom #1.
A Propane BBQ grill is available in the backyard.

Just a few minutes drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea Beach, Galleria shopping center, Las Olas Blvd, Broward center of performing arts, the boardwalk, and many other attractions – it is close to everything!
Guests are welcome to use the entire place as their own. The home comes fully stocked with toiletries, towels, dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and oven. The home has central AC and individual ACS in each bedroom, smart TVs, washer/dryer and more.

You will have access to the entire home and backyard.
By booking our home, you are agreeing to our strict house rules of no pets, no events/parties of any kind, and no smoking policy. You agree to follow all house rules and check-out instructions. Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises at anytime. Government issued ID will be required to verify identity.

Other things to note
This is a single story home, but there are a few steps required to enter the home. There are also several areas inside the home with steps. There are steps where the living room and dining room meets the kitchen, and another step down that leads to the backyard entryway. For this reason, our home is not wheelchair friendly. We caution you to please watch your step and ensure any and all children are monitored at all times.
What to do, near your stay
There are restaurants, shops, bars and grocery stores within walkable distance however a car is recommended for getting around to explore further out.

There are several areas inside the home that require steps. There is a step-down where the living room and dining room meets the kitchen, and another step down that leads to the backyard and to one of the
bedrooms. One of the bathrooms requires a step up for access. For this reason, our home is not wheelchair friendly. We also would caution you to watch your step and to ensure any and all children are monitored at all times.
